We are extremely careful when selecting our partners for you which include local agencies, hotels, restaurants, guides and many other suppliers. We compare prices and conditions to suit your financial requirements and time frames, in order to make a coherent picture out of the puzzle.

If required we will organise an inspection trip with our selected partners to thoroughly examine everything and also to give you the feeling of security.

If requested, we can develop the invitations together and actually join the group and take over the logistical aspects on site in the chosen destination. We also have the ability to respond in a professional manner if changes have to be made at short notice. We can also take responsibility for additional and unexpected costs in a timely and non-bureaucratic manner, which can then be settled after the trip. 

Following the event, we can produce an analysis of the trip and also develop, if required, an appropriate follow up as well as produce the final statement.
